Most of the time, Kayla’s hands are 1-3 inches above your body. Her hands often generate warmth, an intense heat or a cool breeze, or tingling. At times, she will lightly touch a place on your body and run energy to her other hand, which will be placed intuitively on another point of your body, while you are sitting fully clothed on a chair or lying on a massage table.
Kayla is guided differently with each person and in each session. Sensations are often immediate, and are so comfortable and relaxing that a deep sense of peace, similar to the effects of meditation, often accompanies a session. This is not Reiki, which is beneficial as its own form of energy. Most often, once Kayla meets someone in person, she is able to facilitate distance-healing sessions.
